Our second screening of Italian cinema is on Thursday 30th August (9pm) and will introduce the female director Liliana Cavani and her 1974 film 'The Night Porter'. 

The film is about a concentration camp survivor (Charlotte Rampling) and her ex concentration camp ward (Dirk Bogarde) who meet again thirteen years after the war and experience a revival of their sadomasochistic relationship.
