Encounters With The Obscure is off to Bulgaria next week screening films for the amazing 'Meadows in the Mountains' festival in the Rhodopian mountains. 

We will be back at the Lumiere with our regular cine nights in three weeks time.

Encounters With The Obscure is back on the 23rd May at 8:30pm with a screening of the beautiful 'Fata Morgana' (1971) by Werner Herzog. 

Herzog takes us through the demure scenery of the Saharan desert, accompanied by the story of the Mayan creation myth, narrated by Lotte Eisner, as well as a soundtrack by Leonard Cohen.
